Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed by the Delfysoul team from Monday to Friday within 1–2 business days from order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

• Italy and European Union (EU): 1–5 business days

• United States: 3–6 business days (delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures)

• Rest of the world: 3–10 business days (delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures)

Please ensure that all required information is entered correctly at checkout, especially your email address and phone number. Couriers may not always contact the recipient by phone, so providing a valid email address is essential.

Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Delfysoul is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, customs delays or courier service disruptions.

Customs and additional charges

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Delfysoul is not responsible for these costs.
