Refund policy

You may request a return or exchange for products purchased online within 14 days from the date of delivery, for any reason.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in perfect condition: they must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

Delfysoul reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the items do not meet the conditions outlined above.

If a return does not comply with this policy, the items will be sent back to the customer at their expense, as they are not suitable for resale.

Withdrawal notice

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the products, without providing any reason. The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for under Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including, by way of example but not limited to, goods made to measure or clearly personalized items. Unless otherwise stated, the direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer. The withdrawal notice will be acknowledged by the seller through a specific confirmation of receipt and processing of the request.
